Tysons, VA, April 15, 2021 – Lusynt, a leading provider of proprietary digital solutions for professional service organizations, research firms, industry trade associations, and non-profit organizations is pleased to announce the release of Lusynt v2.4 with new features for its digital solutions platform. These enhancements add strength and intelligence to our data capture, decision and scoring capabilities, analysis and visualization, collaboration and configurability components demanded by our customers and their business challenges.

“To align with our customers’ goals, we have spent time improving our collaboration, capture and visualization tools in order to help them quickly extract metrics and gain insight from the system’s analysis of result data and decision processes” said Mark Nicholson, VP Product Development. “We are seeing several new use-cases in our customers’ engagement with Lusynt and needed to respond quickly to those.”

More specifically, these features include:

Improved Data Capture Visualization and Derived Values: Several new visualizations have been added in the data capture tool, e.g., slider controls, and derived values can now be calculated in the rule engine and immediately displayed to the user.

Opinion-Based Assessments: We have added better support for the capture and comparison of opinion-based assessments, i.e., multiple respondents providing their opinion of a specific assessment target. Results are aggregated and areas of commonality or divergence easily identified.

Advanced Filtering & Visualization of Guidance: At both the portfolio level and the individual assessment level, we have added more intuitive filtering, grouping and sorting capabilities allowing the user to quickly drill down in guidance areas in which they want to focus.

Analytics Charts/Peer Comparison: New charting has been added to allow the visualization of captured data variants across a specified cohort of assessments, e.g., a peer group or employee set of opinions.

Redesigned Score Targeting and Follow-up Assessments: We have simplified the future target setting process and combined it with the ability to schedule follow-up assessments.
Enhanced Peer and Target Comparisons: We have improved the ability of users to compare their individual assessment results with both targets set and either specified benchmarks and peer group comparisons derived from assessment completed in the system.

Lusynt, already the basis of award-winning assessment offerings in cybersecurity and compliance, will see new features and enhancements as Lusynt continues to rollout additional digital solutions in Q4 of 2021. Learn more about Lusynt’s platform at https://www.lusynt.com/platform.
