Tysons, VA, January 23, 2019 – NTELX, an industry leader in decision management solutions, announced the release of iDMX 2.2 with new features its innovative digital assessment platform. These enhancements add capability in designing organizations, providing a portfolio-level view of guidance and results, adding peer comparison and benchmarking, and improving data capture flexibility.
“The introduction of a more holistic view of activity, guidance and results allows our clients to visualize how they are performing either system-wide or within their organizational structure” said Mark Nicholson, Director of Technology Solutions. “Through greater flexibility in organization design, improved aggregation of data, the introduction of benchmarking and more visual analysis and analytics, they have a much richer toolset to gain immediate insight, quantify their situation and respond to actionable guidance.” More specifically, these features include:
- Organizational Hierarchies – Organization-level Admins can now create a hierarchy of organizations under their own to represent regions, divisions, departments, brands, etc. and manage details for each sub-organization and their corresponding users. Assessments may be performed by/for the sub-organizations and results aggregated up the hierarchy.
- Portfolio Analysis – System-level and Organization-level Administrators can analyze their applicable portfolio of assessments through dashboards and interactive analysis tools which display key metrics, results distributions and guidance patterns.
- Benchmarking – On a scheduled basis, iDMX calculates a system-wide benchmark of scoring metrics from completed assessments, to which individual assessments may be compared.
- Advanced Data Capture – Questionnaires (Data Capture) can now collect multiple data elements and a wider range of data types within each question (or form) to provide improved capability and flexibility in the content design process.
- Improved Collaboration & Activity Monitoring – iDMX now captures significant events from user login to assessment completion, notifies team members of applicable activity and provides visualization of system-wide and organization-level statistics.
iDMX, already the basis of award-winning assessment offerings in cybersecurity and compliance, will see new features and enhancements as NTELX continues to implement an ambitious product roadmap.
